Training version of Blood Transfusion Kit

To conduct blood transfusion training, a simplified version of the kit has been developed. It contains all the components necessary to practice the holistic process of blood transfusion as well as individual skills, but does not contain drugs and some duplicated items. This allowed to reduce the cost of the kit to provide more training centers and military units.

The use of FARMA training kits provide an opportunity to standardize the approach to medical trainings and prepare military personnel to work with complete kits. You can request such a kit by selecting the appropriate option in the google-form (site section “How to order?“).

Our course

Within the framework of the FARMA project, a specialized training is conducted on the methods of preventing and treating hemorrhagic shock in accordance with the coTCCC standards under the CMC level program (Modules 9, 10, 11 – Circulation + Module 23 – Documentation), which includes practicing whole blood collection and transfusion in practical scenarios, as well as an overview of the related national legislation.

Our instructors are experienced medics and NAEMT-certified instructors.

We invite active military personnel with a medical education and confident proven knowledge of tactical medicine at least at the CLS level to take this course.

The training is free of charge and will be held on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, two full days from 9:00 to 21:00) with a frequency of approximately once a month.
